The Mobile Person Networking Application is a Web application that allows people to enter personal/career information as well as search for people of similar backgrounds, interests, careers etc. We are in the process of developing a Smartphone version of this application. People Networking allows for people to search for matches based on any combination the following: Ethnicity, Sex, Race, Personal Challenges, Family Life, Community Type, School/University, Career Type and Employer. There is a built-in generic Questionnaire/Exam Engine and Administrator. Question Types supported are: Free-text, True/False, Multiple Choice-Single, Multiple Choice-Multiple selection, and Image/Photo. Questionnaires supported are for students, professionals, schools, organizations, and employers. There is an administrator for each major component (Reference data, People, Occupations and Questionnaire/Answered Questionnaire data). Server-side business components are accessible via XML-RPC,Document Literal Web Services, Intelligent Mobile Agents, and JDBC. Only REVIEWED personal information and photos are accessible to searches. Pre-approved questionnaires are stored separately from approved/searchable information. This ensures only appropriate information is available to the public.
