The Mobile 2.0 Application Framework allows for building wireless applications using J2ME,

Web Services, the Google Web Toolkit, Google Maps, Google Earth and soon Microsoft’s Compact Framework.

The Mobile Object foundation layer can be used in the development of any wireless

application.  Mobile Application Framework Business Objects can be sent to the

enterprise wirelessly via Web Services, AJAX, XML-RPC or Intelligent Agents,  sent to

a peer device, or community of ad-hoc peer devices wirelessly and retrieved, displayed,

added, updated, deleted without a wireless connection by using a local database from db4objects.

Additionally, Mobile Objects are location aware and the Mobile 2.0 Application Framework is seamlessly integrated  with Google Maps and Google Earth, in addition to the Google Web Toolkit and the outstanding AJAX support it provides.

The second layer consists of Mobile objects which can be used in the development of

wireless applications ranging from consumers at multi-vendor events, work order

management, inventory Management, inspection and permits, and questionnaires

and exams.

The third layer is for each particular specific vertical or customer. The primary

responsibility of these classes is to capture and present the additional data/rules/behavior

associated with each specific vertical or customer.  Initially targeted multi-vendor

environments are restaurants, malls, amusement parks, events, and concerts. Initially

targeted work orders/inventory verticals are restaurants, trucking, telco, construction,

and cargo. Initially targeted Inspection verticals are restaurants, mechanical, electrical,

plant, cargo.
