The Infrastructure Management Toolkit provides Web-based and wireless access to a collection of intelligent, mobile agents for file, database, process and node monitoring and administration. These agents support a wide range of protocols including IIOP, SOAP, XML-RPC, RMI and Voyager Edge's VRMP. The Agents briefly outlined below can perform their capabilities on any node be it an enterprise server, desktop, smart phone, Mobile Internet Device (MID), Ultra Mobile PC (UMPC) or PDA. -The File Manager Agent allows for listing, reading, adding, updating and deleting files. -The Database Manager Agent allows for querying or updating any JDBC/ODBC database. -The Task Manager Agent allows for list, start, stop, and pause tasks or processes. -The Node Monitoring Agents, based on the Intel Mobile Platform Software Development Kit, allow for the monitoring of the node's:   -Battery -Bandwidth -Connectivity -Display -Power -Storage -Platform -Processor -Memory -Physical and Logical disks -Network Adapters -Link Protocol Connectivity    -802.11    -Bluetooth    -GPRS    -CDMA An optional Browser-based Infrastructure Manager GUI is also provided as part of the toolkit for easy, graphical user interface to the capabilities outlined above.
